A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart from Our Store. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Q : How much is sales tax? And why are sales taxes only applies in certain states? (Only for Retail Customers)
A: 8.25% sales tax must be applied to any order that is being shipped to California where Grand Distribution, Inc. warehouse office is located.
Q : Who do you use for shipping?
A: We ship via UPS/Fed Ex service.
Q :Does Grand Distribuiton ship to P.O. Boxes, Military, Canada and International Destinations?
A: At this time, Grand Distribution, Inc. does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q :How much does shipping cost?
A: Grand Distribution, Inc. uses UPS Ground/Fed Ex for all standard shipping base on actual weight of the order integrated via UPS/Fed Ex Shipping Calculator system.
Q: When will I be charged for a Pre-Order or Backorder?
A: When you order an item that is on pre-order or backorder your credit card is checked for available funds but it is NOT Charged. A temporary authorization is placed on the card at the time of order but it will be removed in 7-10 days depending on the Credit Card Company. We will charge your credit card when items are in stock and being prepared.
Q : How long does it take to receive the item after ordered?
